AND WHAT IT MEANS TO ME

"If you wish for peace prepare for war."

This quote has so much meaning to me, for others it may just be a typical military quote. But for myself I took it to heart. I've been through war, hell, the darkness, just so I can be where I am today. If you want peace with yourself and your body you need to be willing to go through war with it also. To achieve the goals I have achieved today I went through the long nights doing research, waking up early in the morning and working my body to its limits mentally and physically. I changed my whole lifestyle so I can be healthy and fit. Not only for myself but for my family.
