The Personal Meal/ 4 - Week Workout Plan
The personal meal and 4 week workout plan is designed specifically for you! The meal plan breaks down each week as to what you need to be eating, how much you should be eating, and what to stay away from. Each week is different this allows you to stay interested and help you achieve your goals at a more faster pace.

The 4 week workout plan is also specified to you and your goals. It goes off of your schedule and your abilities. It includes HIIT (High intensity interval training), Cardio workouts, ab workouts, and weight training. This is designed to help you achieve the goals that you have set and are determined to accomplish. YOU CAN DO THIS!
The Healthy Living Workshop
I have always enjoyed helping others out in any way that I could, and that is exactly what I am trying to do here. I created this workshop so that others can have the opportunity to a healthy lifestyle. Guiding you the whole way through your journey and helping you reach your goals is what make me strive. I love seeing others do better for themselves and accomplish goals. My programs help you do just that. If you are looking for a better you but don't know where to start I am here to help you. I was lost for awhile, but I took a stand and changed for the better. As the days go on, I continue to push forward and be a better person than I was yesterday.
